Privacy Policy
Puppy Aura is a small Calgary team. We only collect what we need to confirm your booking, answer your questions and, if you ask for it, let you know when new sessions go live.
What we collect
- Your name, email and any message you send through our contact or event forms.
- The details you provide when you buy a ticket for a session.
- Your email address if you join our newsletter.
Why we collect it
To confirm and manage bookings, reply to enquiries about private events, and send occasional Puppy Aura updates to people who opted in.
Who helps us handle it
Our ticketing provider processes ticket purchases and payments, and our email provider stores contact details so we can reply to you and send updates. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link at the bottom of it, or email info@thepuppyaura.com and we'll remove your details from our records.
Questions about your information? Email info@thepuppyaura.com or get in touch.
