Cancellation & Refund Policy
We keep our sessions small so the room stays calm for the puppies, which means every seat counts. Here is exactly how tickets work if your plans change.
Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Name transfers
You can transfer your ticket to another person free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Email info@thepuppyaura.com with the new attendee's name.
Rescheduling
You can move your ticket to another available date up to 72 hours before your session. Email info@thepuppyaura.com and we'll find you a new spot.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Puppy Aura needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full credit toward a future session or a free reschedule.
Waiver
Every guest signs a short liability waiver in person at check-in before the session starts. Guests aged 10-17 need a participating adult guardian to sign for them.
